Oklahoma lawmakers prepare new stem cell bill
Anti-abortion lawmakers tried Wednesday to resurrect Oklahoma legislation vetoed by Gov. Brad Henry that would ban embryonic stem cell research by inserting new language into an unrelated bill that would prohibit human cloning.
