LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) — Harold “Bud” Poxleitner, 67, and Robert Braucher, 40, are cousins who were both paralyzed after separate accidents — Poxleitner in a 1968 logging accident, and Braucher in a 2003 automobile accident.
